This is Planet R/C Raceway in Lawerence (Indianapolis), Indiana. This is an incredible INDOOR R/C racetrack that is a great place to compete or be a spectator! The racing you are seeing is a Stock Truck qualifying race. Mostly Associated RC10T4's. They do a great job on this clay track. There's an indoor hobby shop there too and good snacks available.
