The Roads and Traffic Authority have just released a new advertisement as part of their 'No one thinks big of you' anti-speeding campaign. This time the ad is aimed at young female drivers and suggests that women who speed have small breasts, following on from their 'pinky' ad which stated that men who speed have small penises.
