This is the preflight (test flight - getting bugs worked out) of a PT-6-67 Turboprop airplane. The control lock was still on when the plane took off. Those who know that the throttle cannot be switched on while the control lock is engaged should know that this was a test airplane. The throttle levers were not properly rigged to accomodate the jet engines. The three people on board (two test pilots and engineer) were killed.
