My first ever proper race in a carRented from MT MotorsportUntil this day I'd never seen this car or Snetterton before so was a steep learning curve.Was a great introduction to real racing and Mike and Chris were great looking after me on my first outing and making the car was mechanically sound.... and full of petrol :o)The only let down was the tyres.1993 Yokohama A032 tyres where everyone else was on brand new A048'sQualifying I was getting progressively quicker until someone dropped loads of oil on the chicane which slowed everyone down.During the race I was pushing too hard on the duff tyres and came off on turn 3. It took 30s to get the engine back into life and back on track, but I got it going :o)I was circulating 5 seconds slower than the leaders and was really struggling to get the power down (which you can see in the video).Great fun though and I'd highly recommend it :o)
