Before all you Mopar heads get all redneck angry and ignorant on me. I would like you all to know that I used to be a die hard Mopar guy since back in the day who got screwed by Chrysler one too many times on my daily drivers who finally saw the light. I never had the amount of ridiculous problems and defects I had with my Chrysler's as I did with the GM's and Fords I have owned. Sorry guys, I have to admit the facts. Anyway, got screwed by Chrysler too many times and when it came time for me to get rid of my POS SRT8, should be called STR8 (for straight rip off). I decided to buy a used Ford Certified '04 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra and is rock solid reliable compared to the SRT8 I used to own. Mopar HEMI Killer - '04 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra 490RWHP Dyno'd. In the video my SVT is not even currently at its best being it has a slight misfire up top I haven't had a chance to take care of. Still has room to make it even faster. I have raced hyped up Dodge, Chrysler SRT8's and even a Dodge Viper, and the stang's Supercharged 4.6L has beat them all and it cost me a lot less while more reliable. SOME FACTS: The NEW HEMI IS NOT EVEN HEMISPHERICAL as originally designed. IT IS PURELY A MARKETING TACTIC. Look at the wikipedia HEMI definition written. Chrysler makes and continues to make total garbage which is why there are far more websites against Chrysler than even GM and Ford COMBINED. This is a fact that cannot be disputed, look for yourself, this is fact. The Dodge Charger, Chrysler 300 and the upcoming Dodge Challanger is not even built on a true performance chassis but a chassis derived from the previous LH (Intrepid, 300M) Platform. Chrysler stuffs a huge motor in there, calls it a HEMI as a marketing tactic although it is not even a true HEMI, and some think it's the greatest thing in the world. My '04 Ford Mustang SVT at 50,000 miles, lifters don't tick loud, engine doesn't blow blue smoke when cold (dealer saying it is normal) like a Chrysler HEMI. This has more HP and even gets better gas mileage than a HEMI with MDS, which is a joke! They also don't come with poorly fit and painted body panels like Dodges and Chrysler, electrical glitches and horrible customer service like with Chrysler. Mopar has become nothing but a fraud and a marketing tactic that is nothing more than a bunch of hype only a few mindless people continue to hang onto. Hopefully more of you will wake up like I did! Dodge Sucks, Chrysler Sucks!
