This Subaru has a GT35R rotated mount turbo. On a custom built TWE Engine at a very moderate 19 PSI is making 405HP. This was achieved on pump gas with no water methanol. This car was worked on at Lightspeed Innovations in Red Deer Alberta and tuned with ECUTEK software on an AWD Dynapack Dyno.
